• Facilitate and design business
plans, strategic plans, including corporate, competitive and functional
strategy assessment and development. Develop operational plans,
management and organizational plans, and marketing plans. Conduct
traditional SWOT analysis, financial modeling, vision and mission
assessments; develop and implement realistic goals and action plans.
• Deliver effectual operational
improvements, improved profitability through outsourcing, right-sizing,
efficient business practices, pricing strategies and cost containment
measures. Past project results include average increased administrative
and operating efficiency of over 50% and significant reduction of
operating costs ranging from 10%-40% overall.
• Project management for several
major development and construction projects, on-schedule and on-budget.
New and renovation project sizes range from $2.5 - $40+million.
Scope of work includes land acquisition and development; draft project
scope and design; environmental impact assessments; community consensus
building; liaison to legal counsel and all consultants; presentations
to City Planning Commission; and development of municipal and legal
documentation. Specialty areas school facilities: classrooms, science/laboratory
facilities, performing arts facilities and athletics facilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive
master planning processes including facilities and programming needs
assessment, space utilization studies, project scope definition,
facilitation of architects and consultants. Provide leadership and
facilitation of master plan assessment process for Boards, executive
management and all levels of employees.
• Conduct comprehensive Risk
Management surveys and audits. Provide full-scope Risk Management
programs including insurance reviews, implementation of policies
and practices for appropriately minimizing and transferring risk.
• Design and implement Human
Resource programs including personnel policies and procedures manuals,
performance management programs, personnel practices and legal compliance
